    We are hiring to neurodivergent affirming mental health therapists and interns. 

    Our ideal candidate has personal experience with neurodivergent or other disabilites. Ideally this person has previous professional experience in working compassionately with neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults, and is adept in both client treatment and coordinating individualized treatment plans though this is not required.

    Your Role:

    • Diverse Therapy Services: Provide individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy, tailoring your approach to each client’s unique needs.
    • Clinical Excellence: Keep electronic records up-to-date and formulate accurate DSM-5 diagnoses, with a focus on ASD, ADHD, OCD, and social anxiety.
    • Community Engagement: Collaborate with other healthcare providers and families, and contribute to the growth of your caseload through effective management.

    Join Us If You:

    • Hold a current State of Illinois license (PhD, PsyD, LSW,  LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC).
    • Are ready to commit to evening with the possibility of weekend work, with a minimum of 25 billable hours for full-time positions.
    • Possess at least one year of experience counseling in our practice’s demographic.
    • Are bilingual and/or credentialed with private insurances (preferred, but not required).
